Overlooking the brewing facilities, our Taproom allows customers a look into where the beer magic happens. It’s a great testing ground for us, and on any particular day you will find numerous products on draft available only at Founders. The unique offering of specialty beers, the laid back atmosphere, and thrice-weekly live music has helped to make our Taproom a staple in the Grand Rapids community and a destination for travelers.

I'm not one to give out 5 star ratings lightly. This is a must go to in GR. They have beers that are ONLY available at the brewery with special twists, like the orange something IPA I devoured. The smoked wings were some of the best I've ever had and I'm somewhat of a wing connoisseur. Every one in my party was blown away!!

Great drinks and food! I love that you can get smaller pours as well to try more varieties without going too overboard :) I tend to be more of a cider person than a beer drinker, and they had some great options that I really enjoyed (the Raspberry Cider and Mas Agave).

Went here this weekend for the first time, and it was just ok. People talked this place up like it was God’s gift to earth. Don’t get me wrong the beer was great but I literally got served one beer and the waitress never said anything else to me,on top of that it was a fight to the death to get a seat anywhere, and the beer was way overpriced for what I got. I’d like to come back on a less busy day but I was told that they are always busy and don’t expect it to be calm. Overall a neat place but very pricy and tight

No. Its a first come first serve. Typically though if you have food the servers will ask patrons with just drinks to move. Its a very laid back place but encourages strangers to converse with each other.
